Carpet Cleaning

The dirt in your carpets can be difficult to notice, but the effect that it has on your staff is not. Your carpets may be host to a variety of pollutants and microscopic dust mites. These contaminants can carry viruses, exacerbate asthma and allergies and are near impossible to eradicate through vacuuming. This needn’t be cause for alarm, Kiwi Commercial Cleaning and our experienced franchisees employ a method of hot water extraction, otherwise known as steam cleaning, to dissolve dirt and kill germs. Hot water and detergent are sprayed into your carpet, (a pet odour remover or fragrance solution can also be incorporated into the chemical mix depending on your needs) to penetrate the fibres and break apart pollutants which are then removed through the powerful vacuum. This leaves your carpet free of critters, looking new and smelling fresh – with the additional benefit of extending the life of your carpet.

Our microbiologist recommends carpet cleaning be done at least once per year, but if you are between services and can’t justify the expense of cleaning the entire floorspace despite a few unsightly stains, we offer a spot cleaning service as well.
